By using Callbell you agree to these terms.

The service

Callbell is software that provides QR menus, waiter calls, guest feedback and print-ready price lists. The free plan never expires; paid features are offered as subscriptions through the App Store and Google Play.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secret. Staff accounts are the business owner's responsibility.

Your content

The business is responsible for the accuracy of prices, allergen and ingredient information and opening hours, and for complying with local price-display rules. Callbell provides tools that make this easier.

Acceptable use

Publishing illegal, misleading or infringing content, overloading the service, attempting to bypass its security or opening accounts on behalf of others is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

Images

You confirm that you have the right to use any image you link in your menu.

Changes and termination

We may change features to improve the service and will announce significant changes in advance. You can delete your account at any time. When a paid plan ends, your data is kept and you return to the free plan.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or interruptions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
