Delete your account
Draft — have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
You can permanently delete your Callbell account and all related data at any time.
From the app
Open the Callbell app → Settings → Account → "Delete my account". Confirm with your password and the account is deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
Your user account, the businesses you own, their menus, tables and QR codes, call and feedback records, statistics and staff links are permanently deleted. QR codes on your tables will stop working.
No access to the app?
Send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" from your registered address to —. After verifying your identity we will delete the account within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store subscription settings.
